Your Future Role

In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and modernize trains, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You'll report to Christoph TIETZ (Site Managing Director) and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. In your role, you are also integrated in the regional communication team.

We'll look for you to :

Maintain and update project schedules in alignment with the Time Management Plan and company procedures Gather progress data from internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure accurate tracking Participate in regular schedule review meetings to support project planning and alignment Identify and report actual or potential delays to the core project team in a timely manner Prepare and deliver standard progress reports and schedule updates, including key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure timely and consistent updates of schedules and reporting tools to support project visibility and decision-making

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Proven experience in project scheduling within engineering or construction environments Hands-on proficiency with at least one scheduling software tool Strong command of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Solid understanding of engineering or construction industry fundamentals Demonstrates adaptability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset--eager to learn and contribute in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
