What will you do?Technical support for our protel product range by phone and email
Responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries
Utilization of your experience in the hotel industry and the IT knowledge you gain with us
Clear and friendly communication by phone and email, even in stressful situations
Effective communication and collaboration within the support team
Requirements:Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)
Experience in hotel front and back office
Basic understanding of business administration in the field of accounting
StrongIT affinity
Perfect German skills and good English skills; French and/or Italian are very important.
More:Regular working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5 weeks of vacation
Time off on national and cantonal holidays
Option to work from home after the training period (approx. 6 months)
