Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing Python-based solutions to automate and streamline middle office workflows
- Utilizing Python libraries and tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization to support informed decision-making
- Ensuring robust and maintainable code by leveraging best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
- Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship within the development team
- 4+ years of experience in Python development, particularly in a financial institution or banking environment
- Proficiency in working with databases like SQL and data manipulation
- Well-versed with version control systems and collaborative development methodologies
- Familiarity with Dataiku or financial instruments, trading platforms, and market data would be advantageous
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
