Job PurposeEnsure QA overview and lead all the operational execution activities in the production area Ensure that Nyon Plant products and bulk are produced in compliance with GMP requirements and both internal SOPs and regulatory approved documents

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of direct and indirect reports to meet the quality needs of the operations on site Ensure operations are compliant with internal Haleon standards (local and global procedures) and health authority expectations; in addition, ensure processes are efficient without compromise to quality of the finished product Oversight of the quality operations in production, logistics, facilities areas Liaise with the business partners and ensure cooperation and support with regards to efficiency programs within operations Manage a matrix organization with the indirect team of associates for QA review and release, qualification, product complaints investigation, supplier management support to ensure the QA team is aligned behind common objectives Appropriately manage escalations to ensure compliant and timely resolution Ensure engagement within the team and with the supporting quality systems and standards organization for definition and adherence to key performance measures Ensure adequate assessment and timely closure of deviation events, change control and capa within the operations - provide team support where needed Respect all GxP standards, GxP knowledge and experience to support Health Authorities requirements Support Inspection readiness and GMP Audit/Inspection execution Coordinate all QA activities related to project, improvement on line and Innovation on site (e.g project management, change control, deviation, qualification & validation)

Knowledge/ Education / Experience RequiredGraduate (or equivalent) qualification with post qualification experience in the pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods industry 10+ years' experience in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods environment, with at least 5 years in management position Proven process understanding (Pharma/Consumer Goods, GMP, investigation and qualification/validation) Direct experience with production operations Experience with Manufacturing site needs and constraints Experience in the continuous improvement process Safety, Quality, Result and Customer oriented Excellent Communication skills, in English and French Well organized, pragmatic and able to define and support Strategy Continuous improvement (knowledge in lean management)
