QEHS Specialist / Safety Officer


Wallisellen, Switzerland 80-100% Open-end



HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT


Act as a knowledge expert and advisor for occupational safety and compliance. Collaborate across business units to harmonize standards. Organize plant safety and serve as the main contact for authorities and SUVA. Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards. Plan, implement, and review measures through internal audits; prepare for external audits. Maintain documentation, track action plans, and manage key figures and statistics, among others. Support line managers in health and safety responsibilities and assist the QEHS department in all relevant areas



HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE


Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management, project management) > 3 years of professional experience
> 2 years of experience in integrated management systems Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies Internal Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 27001 is an advantage Organizational, technical writing, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (B2) and English (B1) KOPAS Ausbildung is an advantage
