Job Description

Must be located in Switzerland, Germany, or UAE.




Job Functions:





The Quotation Specialist is responsible for preparing, reviewing, costing and delivering estimated price quotations to sales for project work

. Analyzing customer requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and profitability.

Other Job Duties:




Talks with customers by phone, e-mail and teams to clarify technical question requests for quote. Provides guidance and assistance to customers regarding these inquiries. Determine and calculate correct pricing. May offer advice and suggestions about the various products offered. Experience with mechanical, plumbing or manufactured products extremely helpful. Performs general clerical duties, maintains computer files, prepares reports, and keeps records. Researches and answers inquiries from sales director and the sales team. Provides updates for customers as needed. Accepts and implements changes to customer orders for quoted projects. Communicates changes to appropriate departments. Must have good attendance and be available to assist the customer. Now requests from the Haws web site. Consults with engineering in design of special orders, pricing of unique parts, and estimated labor time needed. Establishes follow up guidelines for gathering information and status of quoted jobs. Maintains quote and opportunity status within CRM system. Maintains close communication with Regional Sales Directors regarding competitor products/crossovers and pricing strategies. Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP systems). Knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as competitor offerings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and/or Experience:




Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills:





Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Office 365.


Language Skills:





Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Physical Requirements:




While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
