Your Profile

• Hochschulabschluss in Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, oder \\xc3\\xa4hnlich und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Asset- oder Investment Manager, VermarktungsspezialistIn, Mieterrepr\\xc3\\xa4sentantIn, oder Real Estate Manager, idealerweise mit Know-how in Gesch\\xc3\\xa4ftsliegenschaften
• Unternehmerisch denkende und ergebnisorientierte Person, die Herausforderungen positiv angeht und mit kreativem Geist L\\xc3\\xb6sungen erarbeitet und diese \\xc3\\xbcberzeugend vertritt
• Sicheres, vertrauensw\\xc3\\xbcrdiges Auftreten mit Verhandlungsgeschick
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von konventionellen und finanztechnischen Bewertungsmethoden (DCF)
• Solide und praxisbezogene Rechtskenntnisse
