For our location in Lugano, we are immediately seeking a Receptionist & Cash Services Associate (100%). If this sounds like you, please read on.

What would your role be?



Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and clients Manage reception operations, including meeting room coordination, calls, emails, and internal mail distribution Support client meetings and internal/external client events as needed Ensure the reception area is well maintained, organized, and representative of the company Provide cash desk services, handling transactions accurately and in line with company procedures Manage cash holdings, security safe, and treasury-related activities, ensuring compliance and daily controls Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting and business travel arrangements

What are we looking for?



Completed professional training in hospitality, services, or a comparable field, ideally within a high-end or financial services environment Several years of experience in reception, client-facing, or telephone services, preferably in an international banking or corporate setting Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage Confident PC user with solid knowledge of MS Office and modern communication tools Highly service-oriented, reliable, and discreet, with a professional appearance and manner Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and precise approach to work Resilient team player with diplomatic skills, able to handle demanding clients and adapt flexibly across locations when required
