Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey from check-in, studio set up and after class. Be an expert on our procedures offering guidance, knowledge and tips about who we are as a company, our concepts, instructors and events. Respond quickly and effectively to customer queries in person, via phone and email. Maintaining all daily operations including washing and folding towels, cleaning the treadmills and restocking of towels in the changing rooms. Support with the operational needs of the studio, including but not limited to deliveries.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Friendly and professional demeanour Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job. Be able to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment. Availability for three to five shifts, 2 full weekends / 4 split weekends a month. Seeking flexible working hours. Working hours can start as early as 6:00am and run as late as 9:45pm. Available to work weekends and public holidays. Shifts are 3 to 4 hours (Mon to Fri: 6 - 9 or 10:15 / 11:15 - 14:15 / 16:30 - 20:30 / 17:45 - 21:45 Sat: 07:30 - 12:30 / 09:15 - 13:45 / 16:30 - 19:30 Sun: 09:00 - 12:30 / 10:15 - 14:00 / 16:30 - 19:30) Start trialing and training immediately. Speak English and German Must have a visa to work in Switzerland
