As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensuring a warm welcome and providing efficient support to facilitate smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Executive members (25%)
Working closely with the Office Manager to build a quality environment, and well-being
Ensuring the Geneva office is always presentable and operational (follow up repairs, prepare meetings rooms, etc)
Liaising with external service providers (e.g., electrician, cleaning staff, technical maintenance, DHL)
Overseeing deliveries and office supplies, including orders and inventory management
Monitoring and recording petty cash payments
Supporting the onboarding of newcomers and providing an office tour
Planning and organizing social events and afterwork gatherings
Organizing and coordinating both internal and external meetings
Acting as back-up of Executive Assistants during absences
Manage errands and purchases for the Executive Board, including organizing and handling Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, and other required items
Booking train tickets for Geneva and Pully offices and back-up our international travel Specialist
Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
Interfacing with the IT department for all equipment requests
Managing diverse tasks (business cards, etc.)

Your profile
Proven experience (minimum 12 years) in Front Office or Reception within a high-end environment. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a strong asset
University degree or CFC in Commercial Business (or equivalent)
Fluent in French and English; German would be a plus
Impeccable presentation, discreet and confidentiality are a must
Someone creative who likes organizing events
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
Warm personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
