The main purpose of the role is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfil existing roles. Key Responsibilities

Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships. Cover account management and delivery Generating and sharing leads in order to widen business scope/opportunities Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing candidate experience

Candidate Profile

Previous sales/recruitment or BD experience is a must Previous experience with customers could be an advantage Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented Independent person with good organisation skills
