How you make a difference

In this role, you ensure that automation measures are defined and implemented in development and delivery. You also ensure that the CI/CD pipeline meets Swiss Post I/T requirements and provide guidelines for test automation and the integration of automated quality reports (automated quality assurance baseline). You also lead the R2D steering community, assess new trends and, as required, derive the development of competencies and impacts on the I/T organization. You are responsible for the financial planning and management of the relevant cost centers. Your tasks also include optimizing the processes in requirement engineering, solution build & configure, and change & deployment.

With a balanced combination of entrepreneurial thinking, coaching expertise and networking capability, you embody our new I/T culture: pragmatic and working together for our specialist units. Besides strong consulting and implementation skills, you are characterized by determination, excellent communication skills at all levels and outstanding leadership qualities.
