KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and participate in the coordination and delivery of school events and initiatives: Open Days, Student Recruitment Fairs, Boarding trips or weekends
Nurture and maintain relationships with parents and educational counsellors, ensuring that word-of-mouth is positive by traveling to European countries, The Middle East and Asia, wherever needed
Guide prospective parents and students by providing a positive and engaging experience from initial enquiry through to the visit of the school and their enrolment
Cater to and further develop relationships with key stakeholders (international educational counsellors and relocation agents) especially in Asian countries and Europe
Contribute to ensuring effective short- and longer-term enrolment forecasting and manage CRM
PROFILE & COMPETENCES
Business / commercial / hospitality educational background with ideally at least 3 years' experience in the sale of high-end services or luxury products
Bilingual English and French with very good writing skills in the two languages
Adaptable, flexible, organised and willing to travel (40%)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand the needs of families and to manage the expectations of prospective parents
Clean criminal records
