Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service. Lead and coach the FOH team; plan rosters, training, SOPs, and service standards. Drive guest satisfaction; resolve issues promptly and professionally. Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and basic P&L levers (sales, labor, COGS). Coordinate with BOH on menu execution, inventory, and ordering. Ensure compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety rules. Support marketing, promotions, and events with the Operations Director.
Requirements

Proven restaurant management experience in hospitality (?3+ years preferred). Fluent

English and French

Chinese

is a plus. Strong team leadership, communication, and organization. Competent with scheduling, inventory, cost control, and guest recovery. Valid

Swiss work permit

(or legal right to work in Switzerland). Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
