Dein Verantwortungsbereich
Du ubernimmst die Funktion als offizielle,-r Datenschutzkoordinator,-in und stellst die Einhaltung des DSG/der DSGVO sowie interner Richtlinien sicher
In Datenschutz- und Compliancefragen beratst du die Bereichsleitung sowie interne Stakeholder
Du baust das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) weiter aus, entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter und uberwachst dessen Wirksamkeit
Die Koordination und fachliche Begleitung der ISAE 3402 Typ 2-Audits liegt in deiner Verantwortung, dabei arbeitest Du eng mit externen Revisionsstellen zusammen und entwickelst die Kontroll- und Prufprozesse sowie Geschaftsablaufe im Bereich Governance, Risiko und Compliance aktiv weiter
Mit internen Schulungen (Konzeption, Durchfuhrung & Weiterentwicklung) sowie Prozessoptimierungen starkst du nachhaltig das Bewusstsein fur Datenschutz, Risiko und Compliance im Unternehmen
Deine Starken
Du verfugst uber einen Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaft, Compliance oder Risk Management
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht (DSG, DSGVO) sowie in IKS- und ISAE 3402 Typ 2-Prozessen bringst du mit
Deine Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Vorsorgebereich, qualifiziert dich zusatzlich
Stilsicher kommunizierst du auf Deutsch mindestens C1-Niveau, Franzosischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Analytisches Denkvermogen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung sowie deine Affinitat zu IT & Digitalisierung zeichnen dich aus
