On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Risk & Control Monitoring Specialist.
Location: Zurich, Altstetten
Start date: 01.09.2025
End date: 31.03.2026
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Run-the-Bank (RtB) control execution tasks as assigned.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of findings, follow-up actions, and remediation measures.
• Provide support to Front Office staff in addressing and resolving identified control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with colleagues dedicated to broader harmonisation initiatives by maintaining stability and continuity in regular control processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory expectations.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Front Office, Risk Management, or Compliance roles within the financial industry.
• Foundational knowledge of topics such as suitability, fraud, and cross-border regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal); additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a structured approach to tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility in delivering high-quality outcomes.
