suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Personlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst (m/w/d

). In dieser Rolle unterstutzen Sie die Leitung bei der taglichen Organisation und Steuerung eines Teams von Kundenservice-Mitarbeitenden, die Anfragen und Anliegen telefonisch und per E-Mail bearbeiten. Sie ubernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der fachlichen Fuhrung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams und tragen zur Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstutzung der Fuhrungskraft bei der taglichen Koordination des Kundenservice-Teams. Anleitung und Betreuung weniger erfahrener Teammitglieder. Bearbeitung von eskalierten oder ungelosten Kundenanfragen. Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Einbringung von Verbesserungsvorschlagen. Mitwirkung bei der Einsatzplanung und Organisation von Teamaktivitaten. Beteiligung an Einstellungsprozessen und Leistungsbeurteilungen. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Qualitatsstandards.

Ihr Profil:

1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder senioren Rolle. Ausgepragte Kommunikations- und Teamfahigkeiten. Organisationsgeschick und die Fahigkeit, Prioritaten zu setzen. Losungsorientiertes Denken und Eigeninitiative. Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
