Tasks

• Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Mitarbeitenden, internen Abteilungen, per Telefon und E-Mail (vorwiegend auf Englisch und Deutsch)
• Koordination von Terminen (z.B. Lieferungen und Handwerkern)
• Bearbeitung von Dossiers
• Bearbeitung von internen Anfragen und Triage
• Dokumentieren von Ablaufen
• Postbearbeitung
• Mitorganisieren von Events
• Annahme und Kontrolle von Wareneingangen

Requirements

• Offene, empathische und kommunikative Personlichkeit
• Sehr gute mundliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Abgeschlossene kaufmannische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisation und Administration
• Versierter Umgang mit Office-Management-Tools und am Computer generell
• Organisationstalent, das geduldig, freundlich und flexibel ist
• Teamfahigkeit
• Die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld bereitet dir Freude
• Du verfugst uber eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst auch in stressigen Situationen den Uberblick behalten
• Du arbeitest selbststandig und ubernimmst Verantwortung
