As a Sales Campaign Specialist, you'll drive customer engagement initiatives for Tesla across Europe & the Middle East at a central level. This role focuses on designing and delivering full-funnel, omni-channel campaigns that align with Tesla's vision to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You'll lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of campaigns tailored to awareness, conversion, and retention stages, ensuring seamless progression of leads through the sales journey. Collaborating closely with in-market teams and cross-functional partners (including engineers, sales teams, and creative stakeholders), you'll identify opportunities to expand and refine our customer database while supporting localized strategies to reach new audiences.
What You'll Do
Concept and deploy data and insight-driven campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to optimize performance
Measure campaign success through KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI, using insights to iterate and improve future initiatives
Build compelling campaign briefs that articulate Tesla's brand values and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, communications) to maintain campaign consistency
Partner with Project and Product Managers to implement technical solutions for campaign tracking, personalization and optimisation
Lead key Campaigns, including planning, execution, post-campaign analysis, to ensure acitivites and results align with overarching goals and objectives
Create scalable guidelines and guardrails for local markets to follow within sales development campaigns, balancing global strategy with regional adaptability

What You'll Bring
Few years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events
Experience managing large-scale events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
