THE ROLE
Zattoo gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your enthusiasm and passion for sales in our sales team in Switzerland. As a Sales Manager you are responsible for your own customer base in a portfolio agreed with you. You have sales talent, are able to persuade others and are also very customer-oriented. In addition, you bring a valuable network from your previous jobs. With us, you will work very independently in a small but excellent sales team, supported by our Ads Operations team in Berlin and report directly to the Head of Advertising Market Switzerland.
THE ADS TEAM
You will be an integral part of our Advertising team operating across the DACH region, which is responsible for both servicing clients and agencies, and managing strategic inventory partnerships. Our team is split between our Zurich and Berlin offices and works closely with international colleagues from other internal teams to achieve our shared Zattoo goal of making streaming easy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Acquisition of new customers, advice and support for media agencies
Development and realization of strategic concepts for the shift to programmatic buying
Development of sales tactics to increase sales through existing customers
Active management and control of sales measures based on business KPIs
Collaboration in the development of new formats and/or opening up new sales potential on Zattoo
Preparation of offers and support in the provision of advertising formats
Control of reports and invoices
Development and creation of sales documents & presentations
Active market observation & analysis as well as their preparation (trends, competition, benchmarks etc.)
Active support for the optimization of internal processes and tools used
At least 1x per week presence at the Headquarter office in Zurich desired, home-office can be planned independently
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
+5 years of professional experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital media or TV
Knowledge of programmatic sales desired
Degree and/or commercial training and/or further training in sales & media marketing
Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English, and French is advantageous
Independent, strong communicator, able to work under pressure, with strong negotiation skills
Creative thinker with a questioning mindset, who also appreciates working alongside a team
Category B driver's license
Track record in the agency and advertising client business with an existing network
