Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead pipeline development, execute territory or segment strategy, and deliver consistent commercial performance. The role requires a results-driven leader who can manage teams or key accounts, support major deals, and drive sustained growth in a complex B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline performance
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team or channel network
Drive territory or segment strategy, including account planning and segmentation
Support enterprise pursuits, negotiations, and closing activity where required
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success on growth initiatives
Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement programmes
Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and industry engagements
Maintain strong competitor and market insight to inform strategy
Candidate Profile
Proven success in sales leadership or senior commercial roles
Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
Experienced operating within complex B2B or enterprise-level sales environments
Results-focused, structured, and confident in accountability
Excellent communicator with a collaborative and motivational leadership style
