Your responsibilities will include:
Fuelmanagement & Finesmanagement
Administration and dispatch of fuel cards
Processing and coordination of fines
Vehicle & fleet management (Ayvens Flex Rentals)
Vehicle fleet support and reservation management
Support with vehicle delivery, damage claims, and complaints
Maintenance and updating of fleet and price data
Document & mail management

• Administration and dispatch of on-board documents

Processing, archiving, and digitization of documents and mail
Front office & administrative tasks
Support with contract changes and administrative processes
Administration of access and parking permits
Receiving and forwarding calls and general correspondence
Organization of office supplies and infrastructure
Your Profile:

• Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
• Very good German and English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry
• Precise, careful, and independent way of working
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage
