Salesforce Application Developer

Salesforce Applikations-Entwickler - Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud/Java/ DevOps/SAFe

Project / Role:

For our customer from the finance industry in Bern, we are looking for a Salesforce specialist with a focus on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Reference N: 924229OK) to work with specialist departments, developers and DevOps teams according to SAFe methodology.

Main tasks:

Development & Customization: Programming APEX classes, triggers and batch jobs to extend Salesforce functionality Creating complex SOQL and SOSL queries for data analysis and reports Automation of business processes using flows (screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows) Adjustments to the data model (custom objects, relationships, fields) Experience Cloud (Community Cloud): Configuration and further development of self-service portals for customers and partners Implementation of event management solutions (registrations, ticketing, participant management) Administration of permissions, sharing sets and login flows for external users Integration & Interfaces: Connecting external systems via Kafka and Data Bricks (Event-Driven Architecture) Scheduling/optimization of data flows (Kafka and Data Bricks) Administration & Security: Operation, troubleshooting and bug fixing of the existing application Management of roles, permissions and hierarchies (RBAC) Implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Deployments in Salesforce and via Gitlab

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in IT Studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud Salesforce: Very good knowledge of APEX, SOQL, flows and data modeling Experience with Experience Cloud (Event Mgmt., Self-Service, LWC) Familiarity with Salesforce admin tools (setup, deployment, debugging) Security architecture Programming: Several years of experience in programming with Java (knowledge of the full-stack framework Quarkus) Experience with API integrations (especially Kafka, Data Bricks, (possibly also REST, SOAP), Kafka Connect) Cloud/DevOps: Basic knowledge of Azure (App Services, Functions) Experience with DevOps tools (Gitlab, Teamcity) Methodology: Experience in the SAFe framework or agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
