We're looking for a support consultant to join our Wroc?aw team. You should understand customer service processes, feel comfortable with technical topics and tools, and ideally have experience as a process consultant or supporter. To effectively support our cloud solutions, it's essential to be curious, hands-on, and open to learning cloud technologies such as SAP BTP. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities and tasks
Gaining a functional understanding of applications (including system landscape, process flows and integrations)
Deployment & support of cloud solutions developed by proaxia
Exploring the issues and diagnosing the problems
Regular application monitoring, data analysis and reporting
Creating solutions for clients' needs
2nd and 3rd Level Support for our clients across different countries
Your daily routine will include working with our cloud-based customer service solutions integrated with SAP, overcoming obstacles, collaborating with our consulting, solution and development teams, and supporting clients in resolving various incidents.

Your Profile
Business background and not afraid to get hands-on with technical stuff
Understanding of service processes (e.g. case management, service orders, field service, spare parts, installed base and equipment management), regardless of the system used
Eager to explore and learn new systems and workflows
Ability to understand web technologies (e.g. HTTP, Cloud Foundry, REST / ODATA, SAP Fiori / UI5, etc.) and to use tools like Chrome DevTools when needed
Open mind and focus on excellent customer service
Solid soft skills: open to learning, communicative, proactive, comfortable asking questions, and able to collaborate effectively with consulting, development teams and clients
Accuracy and attention to details
Fluent in Polish and English, spoken and written
Communicative German
Knowledge/ experience in IT
Willing to cooperate, put business language into technical language & develop solutions with the clients
Experience with any of SAP systems is an additional asset:
+ SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
+ S/4HANA Service or SAP ECC CS / PM
+ SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
+ SAP Sales & Service Cloud or SAP Cloud for Customer
