We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC Payroll Analyst with a deep understanding of SAP international payroll and payroll control center to support our payroll functions for the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In this collaborative role, you will work closely with our payroll application management services (AMS) provider to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ECC, with a specific focus on the Payroll module.
The main tasks and responsibilities include
  • Lead configuration, testing, and maintenance efforts related to the SAP ECC Payroll module
  • Understand and document business requirements, translating them into system specifications within the SAP ECC Payroll context
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP international payroll and payroll control center, particularly focusing on DRC payroll processes
  • Lead the implementation of legal changes in payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to optimize the functionality of the SAP ECC Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies
  • Develop and deliver robust reporting solutions in SAP ECC
  • Work collaboratively with the payroll AMS provider to ensure effective and efficient payroll operations
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective usage of the SAP ECC Payroll module
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll data and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution related to the SAP ECC Payroll module
Qualifications and requirements
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ECC, specifically focusing on Payroll
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP international payroll processes, payroll control centre, and DRC payroll experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) configurations in SAP ECC
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the implementation of legal changes and ensure compliance with local payroll regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external service providers
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • SAP ECC Payroll certification is required
  • Knowledge of SAP security administration is a plus
  • Experience with EPI-USE Flow is a plus
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP security administration is a plus
