Your responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage the front desk and maintain the orderly appearance of the reception area
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure school security procedures are followed.
Maintain digitial learning/data base tools used at the school. * Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal, including calendar management, meeting coordination and confidential correspondence.
Provide additional administrative support to the Administration Team as required. * To prepare and distribute internal and external marketing and communication documentation.
