Overview del ruolo



La figura di

Senior Accountant

gestisce in autonomia le attivita contabili, amministrative e di tesoreria, garantendo accuratezza, puntualita e conformita alle normative vigenti. Collabora con le funzioni interne e con i partner esterni (audit, payroll, fornitori, banche) e contribuisce ai processi di chiusura mensile, trimestrale e annuale.

Responsabilita principali



Contabilita generale



Registrazione e archiviazione delle fatture passive Registrazione e archiviazione di atti, documenti ufficiali e contratti. Tenuta contabilita generale Redazione e contabilizzazione dei rimborsi spese dipendenti. Supporto alla preparazione del bilancio annuale, note integrative, P&L e Balance Sheet. Supporto alla redazione del rendiconto IVA trimestrale.

Tesoreria



Gestione dei pagamenti fornitori, oneri sociali, altri adempimenti finanziari e cassa.

Coordinamento operativo e attivita cross-funzionali



Supporto all'audit tramite verifica documentale e predisposizione dei materiali richiesti. Coordinamento con stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Office Management



Attivita di segreteria di base

Requisiti



Esperienza consolidata (5+ anni) in contabilita e amministrazione in contesti strutturati. Ottima conoscenza della contabilita generale, dei principi contabili e delle attivita di chiusura mensile/annuale. Preferibile esperienza con

SAP Business One

. Capacita di gestire priorita multiple in autonomia. Precisione, affidabilita e solide capacita organizzative. Buone capacita relazionali. E preferibile la conoscenza della lingua tedesca

Role Overview



The Senior Accountant independently manages accounting, administrative, and treasury activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role collaborates with internal functions and external partners (audit, payroll, suppliers, banks) and contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Main Responsibilities



General Accounting



Posting and filing of supplier invoices Posting and filing of deeds, official documents, and contracts General ledger maintenance Preparation and posting of employee expense reimbursements Support in preparing the annual financial statements, notes to the accounts, P&L, and Balance Sheet Support with the preparation of the quarterly VAT report

Treasury



Management of supplier payments, social security contributions, other financial obligations, and petty cash

Operational Coordination & Cross-functional Activities



Support to audits through document review and preparation of required materials Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Office Management



Basic administrative and secretarial tasks

Requirements



Solid experience (5+ years) in accounting and administration within structured organizations Excellent knowledge of general accounting, accounting principles, and monthly/annual closing processes Experience with SAP Business One is preferred Ability to independently manage multiple priorities Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Knowledge in german language is preferred
