• Responsible for global revenue accounting, internal controls, and Switzerland general ledger accounting.
• Liaise with the Senior Accounting Manager EMEA to oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage the statutory and tax reporting to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the banking relationships in Switzerland; manage the funding for payroll, accounts payable to ensure all payments are made on a timely basis..
• Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the annual audit of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and statutory audit of legal entities.
• Manage, mentor, coach and develop the accounting team in Switzerland with a strong focus on growth and development.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and processes that comply with Swiss Code of Obligations and the internal controls over financial reporting (\"ICFR\") under the US SOX requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization for IPO readiness.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for the controlling department whenever needed.
• Act as backup for the Senior Accounting Manager - EMEA

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance
• Swiss CPA required.
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience in a combination of public accounting and a global public technology company.
• NetSuite (Oracle).
• Depth of knowledge of \"Code des Obligations\"
• Technology savvy with advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Fluent in English and French required
• Experience with US GAAP and working for a publicly traded company a plus.
