Position:

To join a dynamic, young team of 6 at a senior compliance officer level, you are a generalist as follows:

- Carry out a regulatory monitoring both from the sanction and from the AML point of view and evaluate the impacts for the Bank
- Manage daily AML alerts, if necessary, address and follow up on requests for clarification addressed to the Front Office to receive the answer on time
- Carry out with enhanced due diligence for high-risk/PEP account opening files for individual &/or legal persons in accordance with Swiss regulations and internal guidelines
- Manage daily sanctions alerts via internal tool to identify sanctions risk with transactions
- Carry out periodic or occasional account reviews (including KYC and KYT review), in accordance with Swiss regulations as well as internal guidelines
- Manage alerts identified as part of the screening of client\\\'s names and escalate problematic cases to management
- Manage the monthly analysis of clients on internal Watchlist and under watching
- Carry out the annual review of High-Risk client and PEP
- Manage transmission to the Swiss authorities in the context of the identification of money laundering &/or terrorist financing
- Carry out the correspondent bank request on AML and/or sanction perspective.
- Analyse and process new relationships with third parties managing &/or business introducers.
- Advise and assist the Front Office on AML issues
Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position from Swiss banking
- CAS Compliance diploma a plus but not a must
- Good generalist Compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of Swiss laws and regulations a must (FINMA, LBA etc)
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Great sense of responsibility, precision, flexibility and autonomy
- Strong team spirit as well as stress resistant
- Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Fluent French and English, other language an advantage
- Swiss residence compulsory and already living and working in the region
