Our client is a boutique consulting firm specializing in end-to-end digital transformation. Their interdisciplinary team combines business expertise with deep IT know-how to deliver real value in areas such as Digital Banking, Insurance, and Health.

Your role

Develop solution concepts and IT architectures in collaboration with clients and partners Lead digital consulting projects and workstreams (e.g., Open Banking, Omnichannel Sales, Marketing Automation, Digital ID/Security) Contribute to digital strategies, business requirements, product design, and market analysis Co-lead a growth area (e.g., AI-driven applications, Data Infrastructure, E-ID/SSI)

Your profile

Several years of experience in digitalization projects, software engineering, architecture design, or business analysis Master's degree in Software Engineering (ETH level or equivalent) Proven project management skills, including agile methods Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Native or near native level of German and fluent English Passion for customer experience, technology, and innovation
