Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, backend services, and software for real-time decisioning, data reporting, collection, and transformation.
- Define, model, and manage data requirements and processes to improve governance, quality, and security.
- Build and support data platforms, ensuring efficient ETL/ELT workflows and reliable data architecture.
- Develop high-quality, well-tested code and oversee cloud deployments and automated integrations.
- Lead or contribute to technical solutions, providing guidance and collaborating with engineering and analytics teams Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 5+ years' experience with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, pipeline design, and business intelligence development; 3+ years with cloud technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Scala, SQL, and large-scale data systems such as Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Spark Streaming.
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Flink), BI tools, DBT, and modern deployment practices (Docker, Helm, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and proven ability to provide technical leadership to other developers.
