  • Take on a pivotal role in the Group Reporting department.
  • Manage the financial activities for a Swiss subsidiary under Swiss GAAP, ensuring precise monthly, quarterly, and yearly close activities.
  • Act as a key liaison for operational matters, working closely with Managing Directors to address financial concerns.
  • Oversee vendor invoice processing and payment execution, as well as cash collection and invoicing accuracy.
  • Responsible for cash management and the preparation of cash forecasts for the entity.
  • Execute the PR/PO process and maintain accurate project accounting, particularly for automation projects.
  • Handle bank statement reconciliation, process payroll entries, and ensure regular account reconciliation.
  • Efficiently manage employee expense claims and business insurances.
  • Independently prepare VAT returns and support the preparation of annual tax returns.
  • Play an integral role in managing local audits and assisting Group auditors as needed.
  • Continuously enhance and maintain an effective internal control system, proactively suggesting process improvements.
  • Be prepared to respond to ad hoc requests and take on other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Hold a Bachelor\\\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Bring a minimum of 5+ years hands-on accounting experience to the table.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Proven experience with POC (percentage-of-completion) accounting is highly desirable.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to handle stress effectively.
  • Prioritize customer service and communication, with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Fluent in English is a prerequisite, and proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
