As our reach and impact continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior (backend heavy) Fullstack Developer (Symfony/React) who thrives on deep technical challenges and takes full ownership of their work, rather than just executing predefined tasks.

Tasks



Provide support and mentorship to other developers Analyze, maintain, and improve the Symfony-based backend and React-based frontend Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement forward-thinking optimizations. Bring fresh ideas to the table, influencing both technology choices and development practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our software development processes

Requirements



Degree in IT, Software Development, or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Symfony (preferably SF4+) and ApiPlatform Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with React Practical knowledge of Docker and Message Queue systems Experienced with testing tools such as PHPUnit, Behat, and Playwright Strong problem-solving mindset coupled with a proactive, ownership-driven approach Language Proficiency: English (B2 level or higher); German is a plus Geographic Requirement: Applicants must be based in the EU
