Lead design and maintenance of top-tier data program across various domains at Lonza AG.


Your expertise in Master Data Modules is key for the "Batch Planning" project.


In this team-oriented setting, you will assist all business units and sites globally, collaborating closely with collaborators across departments like Supply Chain, Operations, QA, and IT. Your input will be crucial in maintaining accurate data management and advancing the success of our ambitious projects.

Key responsibilities:

Represent the Global Master Data Management Team in global projects Solve complex master data-related requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement balanced Master Data Management solutions Craft and develop technical solutions for data reporting, analytics, visualization, and quality management Implement activities such as mass data loads during roll-outs Run efficient and flexible Master Data extraction, transformation, and load processes Train the master data community across business units and functions on master data management solutions

Key requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in data or computer science, business information technology, mathematics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven understanding of data structures and experience with databases Passion for continuous improvement of processes, IT tools, and innovative solutions Reliable great teammate in a multicultural environment Outstanding SAP expertise Proficient in English with a solid knowledge of German
