• Develop and implement an impactful plan for the client groups aligned to Global HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, hiring and retention planning. Leverage global processes accordingly.
• Establish and execute staffing plans, including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement withcandidates.
• Support and deliver annual HR processes and programs related to Performance & Reward, Learning &Development and Culture & Engagement. Leverage and support related global initiatives such as HRIS implementation, action global employee surveys etc.
• Support employees in segment and function scope across sites and countries. Collaborate with the Site HRteams in doing so. Providing direction and guidance as to company policy
• Partner with managers, provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment, retention,performance, conflict management)
• Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great people
• Monitor and continually seek to improve HR effectiveness, including by tracking and reporting keymeasures

Ihr Profil

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Swiss or German HR Generalist/ HRBP role, ideally in amanufacturing industry environment. Experience in medical devices will be preferred.
• Experience in having led a transformation (or at least project / change management experience) within amodern HR organization, in an international environment
• Thorough knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning,organization development, employee relations, safety and labor relations
• Understands different cultures and can effectively act in a multi-cultural environment
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a structured and proactive working attitude, strongwork ethic
