About the Role




This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, partner management, and commercial excellence. You'll empower our commercial teams with the tools, processes, insights, and skills needed to drive performance and productivity. Acting as a key connector between Sales, Technical Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Finance, you'll bridge strategy and execution to ensure operational readiness and consistent growth.


You'll also shape how we collaborate with strategic partners -- developing enablement frameworks, joint go-to-market initiatives, and training programs that extend our reach and strengthen customer impact in the fast-moving world of AI for Engineering.

What you will do



Sales Enablement

Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new Sales and Technical Account Management hires, ensuring fast ramp-up and readiness. Build continuous learning paths covering sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger), value messaging, product knowledge, and competitive insights. Create and maintain enablement content, including sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and battle cards. Support deal execution with strategic account planning and proposal development. Monitor enablement KPIs to measure impact, adoption, and revenue influence.

Partner Management

Define and execute the partner enablement strategy to drive adoption, joint success, and revenue growth. Develop onboarding, certification, and co-selling programs tailored to partner needs. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on joint go-to-market campaigns and strategic partner initiatives. Manage relationships with key partners, tracking performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution. Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and value creation.

Who you are



Mandatory skills:

5+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Partner Management within B2B SaaS or deep tech. Proven record of designing and executing enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and team performance. Solid understanding of consultative and technical sales processes in SaaS or AI-driven products. Experience building and managing partner programs, including enablement, onboarding, and joint go-to-market efforts. Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), BI, and enablement tools with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement. Strategic yet hands-on, combining operational execution with a passion for growth and innovation.
