As part of the EMEA Supply Chain Finance team, the person is the subject matter expert in the intersection of Supply Chain and Finance processes. You acts as key contributor in supporting EMEA Supply Chain transformation journey and drives the project management activity as far is related to Supply Chain Finance.
This individual work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Digital technology, Brand) to ensure project completion, adhere to scope and timeline requirements, while regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible to design, develop/improve a solid Data Analytics package on Supply Chain expenses and performances, to support Supply Chain business partners in effective decision making, while promoting best practices around cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a professional with proven experience and deep knowledge in the Supply Chain and Finance areas and ability to solve complex problems. Strong data & analytical mindset coupled with project management skills are required to succeed in the role
What Will You Do...
Provide Supply Chain Finance requirements as far is related to Supply Chain projects and Systems transformation projects
Identify potential internal/external issues vs project requirements and recommend solutions or appliance of best practices
Support testing, user training, and roll-out of identified blueprint solutions
Support business case creation and act as Stream leader for Finance in cross-functional projects
Act as single point of contact as far is related to System changes affecting Supply Chain Finance territory
Align with business partners the key insights & business recommendation; present together to key stakeholders, steering committee and/or senior leadership teams
Engage in global projects & initiatives affecting Supply Chain and Finance area
Design and support development of Data Analytics and reporting dashboards around Supply chain performance and Supply chain costs (Distribution, Logistics, Customs, Warranty, Operations)
Socialize with stakeholders on developed reporting tools, dashboards and system solution
Train analysts & users to fully leverage developed solutions and guarantee consistency in data analytics analysis
Represent Supply Chain Finance team to provide Digital Technology and B.I functions with feedback for building up integrated analytics platforms
Explore & analyze data to drive optimization & improvement on Supply Chain metrics
Promote best practices and BI tools in Supply Chain reporting
Drive development of tools to support analysis around Supply Chain cost and variances reconciliation to brand standard cost
Identify gap in meeting SOX compliance requirements, provide solutions to enhance Finance processes and drive execution
Support governance of supply chain finance process
Leverage existing and upcoming accounting systems/ERP/BI tools to drive better efficiency and continuous workflow improvements
What You Need To Succeed
Multiple years of experience at a multinational company, with wide exposure to Finance and Supply Chain processes, as well as related project management initiatives
Experience in financial accounting, SOX compliance, US GAAP and cost optimization in a Sourcing/Manufacturing organization
Deep knowledge of SAP product costing, inventory management, intercompany flows and transfer pricing
Experience in advanced management reporting system and B.I. tools (Power BI)
Database languages (SQL) experience
Proficient knowledge of international accounting principles and controlling methods
University graduate, degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Engineering
Strong team player who operates and collaborates effectively across functions and levels
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong process and continuous improvement mindset; passionate to drive changes
Strong analytical mindset and solid PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
Ability to effectively present findings to Steerco team in a clear and concise manner
