Are you looking for a new challenge in consulting and do you have experience in IT and digitalisation consulting? Our growing Tech Transformation team is looking for a Senior Manager. In this role, you will take a leading role in advising our clients on IT Strategy, Enterprise architecture and IT Operating model development in the course of Tech transformation. Your contribution to KPMG:

Demonstrate broad business thinking and be able to assess the viability of future tech trends in a market sector (esp. Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, Public Sector, NGOs) Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, positioning KPMG as the Go-To-partner based on adding tangible value to their business Participate in business development activities by identifying new opportunities, assisting with scoping prospective engagements and driving proposal creations Lead end-to-end IT-Advisory client engagements, showing proficient leadership skills and ensuring successful delivery Develop and strengthen our Tech Transformation practice by applying your subject matter expertise Lead diverse teams of Consultants and provide mentorship to junior team members Support the development and growth of our diverse and international Tech transformation team by bringing a great team spirit and collaborate across KPMG Advisory teams to ensure seamless know-how transfer and best project execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology / technology management / business informatics / business administration or equivalent 8+ years of experience in managing Tech strategy and transformation projects 5+ years of experience working for a Consulting firm Experience in one of the following Sectors: Consumer goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, NGOs Experience in Business Development and Sales (e.g. Proposal creation) and, if possible, your own network at Management / C-Level Proficient project management skills and commitment to quality service delivery with a client-oriented personality and the capability to take on leadership roles in complex and sizeable engagements Subject Matter Expertise in several of the following topics: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, CIO Advisory, IT Cost Optimisation, IT Sourcing, IT M&A, etc. Fluency in German and English and the willingness to travel
