We are an EngOps team responsible for the operation, optimization and continuous development of SIX corporate services such as telephony, e-mail and client virtualization. You will be responsible for consulting, conception, implementation, support and migration of these environments in a modern Microsoft hybrid environment, as well as the continuous expansion of our security and compliance requirements. We are looking for a bright mind to help us move forward. You work in a diverse environment in close cooperation with various business units, and both internal and external clients.

What You Will Do

• operation and further development of online and on-prem Microsoft Exchange infrastructure, including our Gateway and eMail encryption services
• integration of new services into the existing mail backbone environment
• collaboration and coordination with our various business units and international colleagues
• participation in audits to demonstrate the resilience of our systems
• you are as comfortable working with a technical international team as you are with client business users, and you know how to build bridges between the two

What You Bring

• you are well-versed in Microsoft Exchange online and on-premise solutions, Mail Gateway and encryption services with experience gained in an enterprise environment
• experience as a system engineer with Microsoft solutions, preferably in the IT service provider area as well as experience with Microsoft Skype for Business or Citrix Virtual Desktop would be a plus
• initiative, resilience, flexibility, determination and reliability, openness and team player attitude
• willingness for on-call duty service
• very good English skills (verbal & writing), German is a plus
