In this role, you will lead the life cycle management with a focus on new product design, accurate deal representation and implementation. You will ensure a structured and comprehensive product offering across Alpiq's value chains through streamlined and effective processes.

Your main responsibilities

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including product design, approval, and phase-out processes Collaborate with Front Office teams across Europe (Trading, Origination, etc.) on new product and market initiatives, evaluating risk-reward profiles Align with Risk, Middle/Back Office, and IT teams to identify process gaps and implement efficient solutions Lead and continuously enhance the new product approval process Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date product documentation

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of experience in the energy industry, ideally in new product management, Sales & Origination, Trading, or Risk Strong knowledge of energy structured products Very good analytical skills, attention to detail, and an organized approach Proven experience managing stakeholders across functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is an advantage Your benefits
