Senior Project Management Officer

Your tasks:

Coordinate and oversee multi-project management in Innovation Hubs, ensuring optimal resource use and on-time, on-budget delivery Drive effective communication and collaboration within project teams and across departments Train and support project staff in enterprise project management standards and tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI, SAP, CRM) Foster a culture of change, continuous improvement, and agile working methods Conduct project reviews, reporting, and escalation management Harmonize project management standards and processes across Innovation Hubs and R&D Lead and optimize PMO activities and project management systems at the enterprise level Willingness to travel internationally

Your profile:

Completed degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, design engineering, product development, electrical engineering, or a comparable field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management in a leadership role (e.g., programme management) Proven leadership experience Strong process management skills for supporting and developing processes within Innovation Hubs Proficient in English and German Confident user of MS Office, MS Project, PowerBI, and SAP; experience with CRM, SAC, and cplace is a plus Excellent communication and assertiveness skills Self-driven, hands-on mentality




Additional Advantages:


PMP project management certification or equivalent Experience in research and development (especially managing research projects) Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) activities
