Senior Reporting and Consolidation Manager
On behalf of our client, a Swiss leading telecommunications company, Expeis is looking for a Senior Reporting and Consolidation Manager. Here are the details:
Contract Duration: 3 months (trial and hire)
Workload: 100%

Extension: Possible
Location: Zurich
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage consolidation activities in SAP S/4HANA and quarterly IFRS reporting.
• Review monthly reporting packages in coordination with the Accounting Shared-Service Center.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO) and reconcile IFRS to local GAAP.
• Support and manage the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting initiatives.
• Drive process improvements within the accounting and reporting function.
• Serve as the Finance single point of contact (SPOC) for various projects such as software replacements, new legal entity setups, new product offerings, and change requests.
• Collaborate with and manage both external and internal auditors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Completed university or technical college degree focusing on accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Swiss CPA certification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial group accounting for a national/international group, auditing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards.
• Proficient in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Group Reporting.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
