Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented supply chain expert with experience in pharmaceutical logistics? We're seeking a proactive Senior Specialist for Customer and Logistics Planning to join a dynamic international environment in the healthcare industry.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate with European distribution centers and manufacturing sites
  • Ensure timely product delivery, manage returns and reworks
  • Maintain customer master data and ensure compliance with GDP and SAP standards
  • Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and 3PL partners
  • Support month-end reporting and audits
  • Liaise with global stakeholders on launches, redeployments, and change controls
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational supply chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
  • Strong SAP and MS Office skills
  • Hands-on experience with 3PLs, freight forwarding, and export/import processes
  • Structured, accurate and used to working under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international setting
