Hobson Prior is seeking a Site Account Specialist to join a biotech organization in Boudry, Switzerland, on a contract basis. In this role, you will coordinate and monitor patient treatment schedules for the production of advanced cellular immunotherapy products. This position offers an opportunity to grow by participating in projects and working groups, depending on performance and alignment with development goals. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with rotating shifts from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for scheduling at assigned treatment sites.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders via phone and email.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout the process.
• Create and manage patient treatment schedules in collaboration with treatment and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain accurate data in the scheduling system and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Handle special cases such as product returns, replacements, or out-of-specification products.
• Train treatment sites on scheduling processes and provide real-time portal support.
• Document feedback from customers and partners to improve processes.
• Manage account data and provide insights into trends and account health.
• Participate in meetings, lead discussions with commercial teams, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide on-call and holiday support as required.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with documentation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Background in customer service, call center operations, patient services, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
