Dickies EMEA is looking for a strategic Social Media & Content Coordinator to to join our Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let's Talk about the Role
In this role you will support the team in shaping our digital storytelling, ensuring all content not only aligns with our brand strategy and guidelines but also fuels engagement across social media, and digital marketing channels, strengthens brand equity, and boosts conversions across eCommerce.
You will work closely with external content production partners and our social media agency to bring the brand's vision and strategy to life, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across digital channels.
How You Will Make a Difference
Managing the full Product Data Cycle from Brief to consolidation and upload on the relevant platform
Follow the Product Photography Cycle in terms of briefing the seasonal needs for all 3 channels to the Marketing department, set-up Guidelines in order to ensure high quality results that meet the channel' s requirement as well as consistency throughout the seasons, and upload on the relevant platform
New Titan's Customer Onboarding
Planning the Content Calendar for DTC and collaborate closely with marketing, marketing operations and planning to ensure timely launch of seasonal key stories, collabs and commercial pushes
Briefing Content Production for DTC
Training Store Staff
Updating Retail Merchandising on store guidelines
Managing the overall Promotions: discounting, checking competitors behaviour and reporting on categories and stories performances
Skills for Success
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with awareness of current and future trends, knowledge of brands appropriate to target market and understanding movement
Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, above all Excel
Strong business and financial analysis skills as well as retail math knowledge, including elements of mark up, margin, open to buy, GMROI
Execute the merchandising strategies for in store and online
Strong trend analysis and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness, Planning and Organizing, Networking, Influencing, and Negotiation skills
Collaborative, contributing to team success, Communication
Driving for results, open to change, works well under pressure, keen attention to detail
A University Bachelor or Master's degree Retail, Merchandising or other related field and/or related experience preferred
