Job description :

IT technician : help other technicians (mainly from other site or more technical project). Implement the offshoring of as many processes as possible related to rollouts (onboarding, offboarding, renewals) and establish the corresponding control systems. Working on a major project related to our inventory and its incompatibility with Oracle. Be the lead technician on this project. Process management for the implementation of the new service desk (GLPI). Remain the primary point of contact for issues at offshore sites without local support (Paris, London, and Miami). * Participation in various projects throughout the year based on the department's needs.
