Your tasks

Provide individual counselling and support for students seeking access arrangements due to a chronic illness, disability or neurodivergence. Advise students, faculty and staff on issues relating to accessibility, family friendliness and equal opportunities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage and document cases in alignment with university procedures. Support the DE&I team in operational coordination and through your expertise and team effort contribute to the further development of DE&I at HSG. Organise and participate in events and networks related to your areas of work.

Your profile

A higher education degree in psychology, social work or social sciences/DEI Proven experience in counselling, advising and student support Motivation to independently acquire expertise, particularly in the areas of neurodiversity, disabilities and their impact on study/work Commitment to advancing equality and social justice, ideally based on some theoretical knowledge of DEI Very good German and English skills (spoken and written min. C1 proficiency) Affinity to work independently as well as contribute to collaborative team processes within and across units Personal values aligned with self-reflection, integrity, authenticity and empathy
