Job Function: Supply Chain Management
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Prepare stock/order planning, identified OOS/POOS and provide solutions to stake holders
- Communicate with suppliers and follow up orders/shipments progress
- Handle supplier invoices for payment settlement
- Demand review with marketing/client to align 50:50 forecast in future 18 months
- Visualize non-performance inventory and suggest solutions to sales team/client
- Perform inventory projection and highlight risks and opportunities
- Own inventory, case fill rate and cost as a KPI
- Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Information System are highly preferred
- 1 - 2 years of demand/planning experience, preferred in FMCG industry
- Familiar in using MS Excel, with knowledge in VBA, SQL or Power BI are highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
