As a Supply Planner Specialist, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.

Your Mission

----------------

Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear. Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements .

Your story

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods. Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Business proficiency in English is required.
