Your role

• Durchfuhren von anspruchsvollen Synthesen von pharmazeutischen Zwischenprodukten auf verschiedenen, komplexen Mehrzweckanlagen
• Durchfuhren von Trocknungen und Mahlprozessen
• Ubernahme des Leads innerhalb eines Anlagenteams und Ansprechpartner fur Schnittstellen
• Flexibler Einsatz innerhalb des Anlagenparks um Lastspitzen abdecken zu konnen
• Unterstutzung des Schichtfuhrers bei der Anleitung und Betreuung der (neuen) Mitarbeitenden, sowie Troubleshooting bei Problemen und Ursachenabklarungen
• Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und GMP-Richtlinien innerhalb der Schichtgruppe
• Bringt sich proaktiv in den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess innerhalb der chemischen/physikalischen Produktion mit ein und setzt ihm zugewiesene technische und/oder arbeitsprozessrelevante Optimierungen um

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Chemikant oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjahrige Erfahrung in der chemischen Produktion, gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemietechnik/Anlagentechnik, verbunden mit der Fahigkeit vorhandenes Wissen im Rahmen von Einarbeitungen and Kollegen weiterzugeben
• Fachliche Fuhrungserfahrungen (Mentoring, Teamfuhrung) wunschenswert
• Kenntnisse bzw. die Fahigkeit alle Anlagen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Abteilungen bedienen zu konnen
• Ist seinen Teamkollegen innerhalb des Schichtteams hinsichtlich Sicherheits-und GMP-Verhalten ein Vorbild und greift bei Bedarf auch unterstutzend ein
• Kann innerhalb der Gruppe eine Funktion als Teamstutze ubernehmen und durch seine hohe Sozialkompetenz in Konfliktsituation moderierend eingreifen
• Loyale Personlichkeit mit einer positiven, motivierenden Grundhaltung - "can do Mentalitat"
• Fairer und offener Kommunikationsstil zu Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten
